30 Day Minimalism Challenge: day seven

Real talk here, I don’t always have the best view of myself. There is always something that I am trying to improve or do differently. Sometimes though, taking a few minutes to think of what you like about yourself can help improve your self esteem. Which can also then improve your likelihood of living your best life.

  2. Loving
  3. Giving
  4. Determined
  5. Creative
  6. Organized
  7. Always learning new things
  8. Deep thinker
  9. Caring
  10. Thoughtful

I challenge you to write at least 5 qualities about yourself that you are proud of!
