So far, January has me feeling a bit overwhelmed. I have all these ideas of things I want to do. Add in the woes and worries that I can’t shake entirely and I am left feeling a bit restless. Like, where can I even begin?

Do you ever feel like it is a challenge to focus on the ‘right now’? I know I do and even these questions made me really have to think. I get so gung-ho on wants for the future that I spend too much time thinking about the what ifs that haven’t even, and may not even, happened. Focusing on the right now can really help in finding the steps you can actually take right now to get to that point. Not everything can be done instantaneously, we have to be patient and do what we can when we are able.
