Grow The Gratitude – Day 3

When I was a kid, I didn’t pay a lot of attention to the time, money, and effort that went into preparing and hosting holiday meals with the family. As an adult, I definitely have learned the lessons that go with all of that. My extended family, is a bit larger, so now we do potluck styles most of the time; everyone brings something. On Chris’ side, his mom does it all.

Regardless of how much someone cooks, I always make sure to thank them for it. Feeding a lot of people is not cheap and always takes effort to cook or prepare. I am always appreciative of what people make. I always make a point to thank them to show that I was thankful for the time and money they spent to feed me and/or my family. After both festivities with our families, I made sure to thank all the people for their contributions.

I know I always feel good when someone shows me appreciation. A little appreciation can go a long way!

Just a reminder the rules from And Fierce!

Tagging anyone who reads this post to grow the gratitude!!
