And here we are, 2021.
Happy New Year everyone!
The new year is as good of time as any to have some conversations with yourself. It is a time to reflect on the year that has past, the feelings and thoughts of the present, the goals for the future, and having a plan to make it happen.
I found this tag on pinterest called January Reset and it gave several questions that go with each of those conversations. Each week is suppose to be a different topic with different questions.
Week 1: reflection
1. Wins for 2020
We all have our health!
2. Losses for 2020
I am grateful that we didn’t have too major of a loss. Sure we missed out on some of our events and traditions, but health comes first.
3. Goals reached in 2020
Getting out of debt was a huge one.
4. I wish I had ________ in 2020
Been able to travel more
5. People who helped me in 2020
As corny and probably expected as it sounds, my husband. He has shown me a tremendous amount of patience and love.
6. This year I need to cut out _____
social media. I have been taking more breaks from it, but I do get carried away sometimes.
7. This year I need to add ______
Having more attainable goals. I feel like I have a million ideas or things I want to do, but never enough momentum to get it all done.
What about you? How do you answer the 7 questions?
