Well, the big family dinner was a success!
With the potluck style buffet, we certainly had more than enough food!
Followed by playing the game Blockbuster and eating pie; it was a lot of fun! We haven’t had a Christmas with our extended family like that in years. I think it will now become a tradition!
Today we pretty much vegetated all day. It wasn’t until about 3 o’clock when we finally decided to get out of the house. We ran a couple errands and then went on an impromptu Christmas light drive. Y’all have to see this house!
I really wanted to knock on the door and see if The Griswold’s were there!
Then we came home and got the kids settled. Now that they are done bickering and finally asleep, I am watching Christmas movies. I also am working on some last details of the barbie house.
But, now that I think about it, there is still some left over pie in the fridge…
