31 Days Of Halloween: Day 7

Slowly but surely we have been decorating for Halloween. This year I decided to keep it a little more simple. I use to go all out especially in the dining room, just for stuff to be constantly pushed to the side when we eat or do projects. Let’s face it, it hardly ever got put back together. This year, I also came to the realization that I was creating extra work.

Normally when Fall hits, or for me around the middle of August, I will decorate with Fall decorations. But then by the end of September, I am switching it out with Halloween stuff and then switching it back after Halloween. Seems silly now. I should just start with Halloween, then go to Fall/Thanksgiving decorating.

Live and learn.

Here is what we have so far for decorating.

In the dining room.
Inside the entryway.
Front door.

We need to clean up the yard, power wash the house again (silly spiders keep coming back), and get our inflatables out still. I did have some other ideas for decorating inside, but that will wait for another day.
