Living in the midwest, I have grown to expect a white Christmas. I have such a love for snow, perhaps it is because I am a December baby. All I know is Christmas doesn’t seem right without it.
This year we have already had a nice accumulation of snow (as you can see from this picture that I took a few days ago).
I could just sit and watch the snow fall for hours. The way it lays on trees and town structures puts me in awe. It calms me. I think it adds to the magic of Christmas. I couldn’t imagine living somewhere that doesn’t have snow during the winter months. I think I would be extremely sad if I was forced to.
I know there are plenty of people who loathe the snow. Other than some driving conditions, I don’t see why. I simply just love it. I feel like it is a part of me, as weird as that probably sounds.
