Blogmas 2018 Day 1!

I know I say it all the time, but this year has come and went so quickly I can’t even see straight.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to do Blogmas again this year, with the fear of it being repetitive from last year. Alas, here I am, deciding to see where the month takes us.

Today marks day 1 of our advent calendar. This year, I went simplistic (and cheap) and just made a paper chain with each ring being a different activity.

However, this year, something new was added for me in particular. Tonight, for the first time (and hopefully to continue for years to come), my girl friends and I are doing a Girls Christmas Craft Night. We found ideas on Facebook and Pinterest and decided which ones we are interested in doing. I know I am going to be painting my blue wine bottles as one of my crafts. My best friend is making all sorts of yummy food and I imagine wine will also be on the menu (water or tea for me). It will be a jolly-good time!

I am excited to start the month of December! After all, it is my most favorite time of the year!
