Nothing like being woke up from a dream and thinking, “what the fuck?”
I do this all too often. I have practiced lucid dreaming before, but I don’t always do it.
I almost always remember my dreams. Sometimes, I think dreams are like the movie Avatar where they seemingly fall asleep and go to another place. At least, when I wake up, it feels like I was in another place.
I wake up feeling like I ran a marathon. I get headaches after an insane dream. It doesn’t matter how long, or short, I am sleeping, I always dream of something.
Most of my dreams are of me trying to find someone. I also have a lot of dreams where I have magical powers. Sometimes when I wake up it feels like I still have them, only to realize it was just a dream.
Am I the only one who wakes up from an insane dream and tries to pick it apart? Like what does this dream mean to me in my reality?
My dreams are fucking nuts. This morning, I woke up way too early because of a dream and felt distraught for about an hour or so. I finally went back to sleep and had an even worse dream, waking up with a headache and WTF moment.
One thing that I have found that always seems to trigger these intense dreams, for me, is sleeping on my back. I always have the most insane and scariest dreams when I am on my back.
I hope sleeping beauty isn’t right. I don’t want any of these crazy dreams coming true. Except the magical powers, that would be cool!
Do you remember your dreams?

One time when I was lucid dreaming, I woke up in the middle of the night having sleep paralysis. It was pretty freaky seeing a strange shadow in front of you. There were other dreams where I was back in school for some reason. Anyways, nice post 🙂

Honey, I dream all night, every night. And I remember them all! At least I think I do. I was actually going to blog about my most recent crazy ass dream. I was arguing with a man at a zoo about his treatment of alligators…then a bit later an otter stole my wallet. Come to find out, it was actually a dog in an otter suit. It was nuts! Later tonight I might share the entire thing. Check my blog later on!
As for picking apart the dreams, yes! I do it. I wake from them and lay there thinking, “Well why did that happen? What was that representing? Well where does this fit in?” I’m telling you, this is why I can’t get decent sleep! The damn crazy ass dreams and then my Freudian dream analysis after each one. LOL

Good to know I am not the only crazy dreamer! Mine get super crazy and flip flop everywhere, things don’t make any sense.
Maybe it was the alligator dressed as a dog, dressed as an otter lol.

I’d gladly give up dreaming forever. You wake up and your mind feels exhausted. I have bad dreams almost every night and then I wake up feeling so foggy and confused. Sometimes I don’t realize what actually happened and what was a dream. Ughhh whyyy lol. Such a strange phenomenon

Trust me I know the feeling! Though, I am not sure I would give it up if I had the choice. Try remembering/writing down your routine before falling asleep, you may find you have a trigger that causes the bad dreams.
